Subscriptions

With a refill subscription, you'll receive product refills regularly on whatever schedule you choose, while saving time and money. You can reschedule, skip or cancel your deliveries anytime.

How does subscriptions work?

  1. Select your product.
  2. Choose a delivery schedule. You can edit your schedule or skip a delivery anytime.
  3. Enjoy the benefits. Subscribers get up to 15% off regular prices on every order.

How do I change my Subscription frequency?

Log into My Account and navigate to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product is arriving too frequently. From there you can change your Subscription Frequency. Reach out to Support and we’d be happy to help.

How do I change my Subscription shipping or payment details?

Log into My Account. Click Manage Subscription, from there you can change your Subscription details.

Cancellation Policy

Some items in our online store may be offered to you as a subscription or pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

1) Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select from the product page. These can be modified from the My Account page.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.

If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time from the My Account page. You will receive shipping emails for your subscription orders as per standard 'One-time purchase'.

2) Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
