Returns & Refunds
For products that have been delivered in error
- We will refund the full value of the products and the costs of returning them.
- Product must be returned within seven days of receipt, in its original saleable condition and unused.
- Photo evidence will be required to complete your request.
Unable to supply a product you have paid for
- We will automatically refund the amount paid for the product as soon as is reasonably possible.
- We will contact you via phone/email to arrange an exchange and consultation on the next best product for you.
For your protection
- We recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products.
- We will not process any refunds until we receive the returned products.
- We will refund using the same payment method of the original purchase, within seven working days of receipt of goods.
- BIODROGA Australia will bare no responsibility for the cost of returning any goods due to customer dissatisfaction.
- Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase.
- The returned item must be unopened and in its original salable condition.
- You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
- We will contact you via phone/email to arrange an exchange and consultate with you for the best product for your skin.
