For products that have been delivered in error

  • We will refund the full value of the products and the costs of returning them.
  • Product must be returned within seven days of receipt, in its original saleable condition and unused.
  • Photo evidence will be required to complete your request.

Unable to supply a product you have paid for

  • We will automatically refund the amount paid for the product as soon as is reasonably possible.
  • We will contact you via phone/email to arrange an exchange and consultation on the next best product for you.

For your protection

  • We recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products.
  • We will not process any refunds until we receive the returned products.


  • We will refund using the same payment method of the original purchase, within seven working days of receipt of goods.
  • BIODROGA Australia will bare no responsibility for the cost of returning any goods due to customer dissatisfaction.


  • Should you make an error when ordering online, we will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase.
  • The returned item must be unopened and in its original salable condition.
  • You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
  • We will contact you via phone/email to arrange an exchange and consultate with you for the best product for your skin.
